Denied Check-In Despite Confirmed Agoda Reservation (23–27 May 2026)
I made a reservation through Agoda for Labranda Alantur in Alanya for the dates 23–27 May 2026, with a total cost of 47,000 TL paid by credit card. Despite having a confirmed reservation, when we arrived at the hotel on 23 May, the hotel refused to accept our check‑in and told us they could not take us in, without providing any proper explanation. At that moment, we immediately tried to reach Agoda customer support through your online channels, but we were unable to get through or receive any assistance. As a result, we were left stranded at the hotel, without accommodation and without any support from either the hotel or Agoda, which caused us serious inconvenience and financial loss. I request an immediate full refund of the 47,000 TL I paid for this reservation and a clear written explanation of why our confirmed booking was not honored and why no support was provided when we needed it. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against both the hotel and Agoda.
