Agoda Double-Charged My Booking - Customer Service Unresponsive

I recently made a reservation through the Agoda website, but encountered a frustrating payment issue. The same accommodation fee was charged twice to my account. The first payment was made on July 7th and is still pending as a hold on my account. The second charge occurred on July 10th and has already been processed.
Attempting to resolve this double-charging problem has been incredibly challenging. Agoda doesn't provide any accessible email addresses for customer support. I've tried to reach their customer service, but their contact numbers are not readily available or clear.
This situation highlights a significant flaw in Agoda's customer service system. When users experience issues like mine, they're left without any means to contact a representative to resolve their problems.
