Agoda Website Error And Lack Of Communication
We booked a reservation at Perle Apart Hotel through Agoda's website, but they didn't process the payment until much later. It turns out they booked it for 2 people instead of 4, and now they won't change it because it's a non-refundable reservation. This mistake wasn't ours, but since they don't have contact numbers in Turkey, we can't call them. We want them to correct the reservation to accommodate 4 people instead of 2, or cancel it so we can rebook directly for 4 people.
