I can't reach Agoda customer service. I made a reservation for a family room at Hilton Maslak Istanbul for 2 adults and 2 children. I paid for a family room, but the confirmed reservation only shows 1 adult. I can't find anyone to help me correct this. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn't assist and that I need to contact Agoda. I can't cancel because they'll charge me for one night. My reservation number is 1299645236.
