Agoda Charged Twice for Amsterdam Booking – Refund Required

I booked a trip to Amsterdam through Agoda.com for December 29 and paid the full amount upfront with my card. However, three days later, the same amount was blocked on my card as a pending charge. This left me unable to access my funds.
I faced a similar issue with Agoda in September, where my money was inaccessible for five days during my trip. Their communication is terrible—neither phone nor email resolves the issue effectively.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience, and I will never use Agoda again. I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge and a resolution to prevent this from happening to other customers. Agoda must take responsibility and improve its service!
