Agoda Took My Money but Did Not Send Hotel Booking Confirmation Email

Booked a hotel on 26 January, emailed and yet to receive a confirmation email. Money was deducted from my account. Agoda customer service agents did nothing to assist me. Asked them to email to my registered email addtess but did not. Is this a scam? None of the customer service agents assisted in supporting or retrieving the information

"I still haven't received my money. You say you have processed the refund and to check with the bank, but there is no money deposited. I spoke with the bank, and they said you have initiated a refund inquiry, but there is no money deposited. I want my refund to be processed. I want my money back. I have sent you an email regarding this issue and am waiting for your response."
