Agoda Property Host Not Responding After Full Payment


I made a homestay booking on Agoda for today, June 29th, 2024, for one night. After receiving confirmation from Agoda, I tried to contact the property host or agent to get my check-in details. Unfortunately, no one is responding to my email, chat messages, and the provided phone number is not valid. Attached is my booking proof. Please assist me in canceling this booking and refunding my money. It seems like a scam.
The host is finally responded today, and returned my money back.
