I booked a room through Agoda, but the room was terrible. We couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was broken, and we couldn’t charge our phones because there were no electrical outlets. My reservation was from 15/01 to 20/01, but I left the hotel on 18/01/2025 because of these issues. I want a refund for the 2 days I didn’t stay.
Honestly, you should refund me for the entire stay, but I know your company is dishonest. Just give me my money back for the 2 unused days.
