Agoda Hotel Unavailable Upon Arrival in Çeşme
On June 17, 2024, I booked a hotel in Çeşme through the Agoda app, using reservation number 443455275, and paid with my credit card. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there was no such reservation, the hotel had changed ownership and name, and there were no available rooms. Our issue was resolved by being accommodated at another hotel they owned.
Despite this, I couldn't reach Agoda for assistance. It seems impossible to contact Agoda from Turkey, as they can only be reached through international numbers. They don't even have an email address for complaints. I paid Agoda for a hotel I didn't stay in, and I have no contact person from Agoda to resolve this issue.

Hello Agoda representative, I am telling you that I made a reservation and paid for a hotel that does not exist. Such a hotel is not available, and its name has changed. Therefore, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that they had no vacant rooms, and I could not stay at the hotel. However, you sent me an email containing a satisfaction survey. But I couldn't find any way to address my grievance. Because I want my money to be refunded.
