Agoda Hotel Reservation Date Issue

I booked a hotel reservation through Agoda for check-in on October 2, 2024, but the system shows my check-in date as October 1, 2024. As a result, the payment I made appears to be lost. When I contacted the hotel, they told me that I need to resolve the issue with Agoda directly, but I haven’t been able to reach the company.
