
On July 26, 2024, my reservation with Agoda (reservation number 1312503568) was mistakenly charged twice to my credit card. I've been trying to get in touch with the company through various channels, but I haven't received any response. I reached out to my bank for assistance, and they suggested that I get in touch with the company responsible for processing the payment. However, I've been unable to reach Agoda. I really need a quick solution for this problem.
