Agoda Reservation Confirmed in App but Not Showing at Hotel System
On September 2, 2024, I booked a stay at Riva Bodrum Resort through Agoda for the dates September 15–18, 2024 (Reservation Code: 1646520843). While my booking shows as confirmed in the Agoda app, when I called the hotel directly, they informed me that my reservation does not appear in their system and advised me to contact Agoda.
To resolve the issue, I emailed Agoda customer service several times, but I only received the same automatic response telling me to “contact them using my registered email address.” Since I signed up with my Apple ID and used the “Hide My Email” option, I cannot send messages from the masked email address. I provided all booking details from my actual email address, yet no proper assistance or solution has been offered.
I have not made the payment yet because I don’t want to risk paying for a reservation that the hotel cannot see in their system. This uncertainty has left me unable to make alternative bookings, and I am stuck in a very frustrating situation.
I expect Agoda to ensure that my confirmed reservation is properly visible in the hotel’s system by contacting the property directly and resolving the discrepancy. I also request clear information on what happens if I make the payment but the hotel later refuses to honor the booking. Customers deserve clarity and reliability when making reservations through Agoda.
It has been 2 days since I submitted my complaint. There are only a few days left until my vacation, and I still haven’t received any help. I have been sending emails for days, and now I am not even getting a response.

My problem was not solved in any way and I was not contacted. I will never use Agoda again.

I received the email and provided my number, but I did not receive a call. Please let me know which number will call me. I am not receiving a verification code on my number, so my number does not appear as registered on my Agoda account. My issue has not been resolved and there has been no progress for a week.
