I recently made a hotel reservation on Agoda for July 12-15, expecting not to be charged until confirmation, as stated on their website. However, today I noticed that I was charged ₺, but there is no reservation confirmation. I am frustrated by the lack of customer support, as there is no live chat or customer service to resolve this issue. I regret choosing Agoda for my booking and urgently need assistance.
