Agoda Charged Me Unfair Exchange Rate on Hotel Booking

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda well in advance to benefit from lower rates. The booking should've saved me money, but instead, Agoda applied an inflated and unfair exchange rate when charging my card, causing me to pay significantly more than the original agreed price. The price advantage I thought I gained by booking early vanished completely due to their unjustified currency conversion, making my ₺ payment equivalent to current inflated rates.

Worse yet, Agoda provides no live customer support—it's impossible to speak directly to a representative to address this serious issue. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Agoda, you must immediately correct this unfair charge and refund the difference.
