Agoda Booking Issue—Wrong Email Entered, Can’t Cancel or Access Reservation
I made a reservation through Agoda, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address. Now, I can’t access my booking details or manage my reservation in any way. I tried to cancel through Agoda’s live chat, but they were no help at all.
To make things worse, there’s no customer service phone number, so I can’t speak to a real person to fix the issue. My account has been charged ₺1697, and I have no way to modify or cancel my booking.
I need Agoda to resolve this immediately—either by correcting my email or processing a full refund. How can a major booking platform have no proper support? Agoda, fix this now!
