Incorrect Booking Details on Agoda - Can't Resolve with Customer Service
I made a reservation on agoda.com with reservation number 1292414516. By mistake, I booked for one adult instead of two adults and two children. I tried to cancel and rebook, but I received an email saying the property didn't accept the cancellation. When I contacted the property, they said the issue was with Agoda. When I called Agoda's customer service, I got an English-speaking representative and couldn't resolve my issue due to the language barrier. I haven't found a solution to my problem.
