Agoda Charged My Credit Card Without Consent—No Customer Support Available

Agoda charged my credit card without my authorization, and I have been unable to reach customer service in any way. This is completely unacceptable! I later discovered that my personal information was shared, and a reservation was made in my name on another site. How is this even possible? I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund. Agoda must take responsibility for unauthorized transactions and strengthen security measures, including implementing 3D Secure payment protection. I strongly advise others to stay away from this site and never enter their card details. Once my stay is completed, I will close my account and take legal action to protect my rights. This issue needs urgent resolution!
