Today, I noticed that a payment was withdrawn from my card via Agoda.com—completely without my knowledge or authorization. I was at home with my card in my possession, and yet the transaction went through.
What’s even more concerning is that I received no verification or confirmation code. How is it possible for a charge to be made without my approval or security verification?
I’m extremely upset about this and want to make it clear that I did not authorize this payment. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will report the situation to the prosecutor’s office and take legal action against both the bank and Agoda.
