Agoda Booking Issue: Payment Processed, But Money Was Attempted to Be Charged Again

I recently booked through the Agoda app, and the experience was frustrating from the start. After making the payment, which was immediately processed, I noticed that, just five minutes later, another attempt was made to charge a different card of mine. This left me feeling incredibly uneasy and distrustful of the platform. I’ve always expected security from a well-known service like Agoda, but this situation clearly showed a serious lapse in their payment system. My trust in this platform has been shattered, and I am now questioning the safety of my financial information. I demand an immediate resolution to prevent further unauthorized transactions and expect better transparency in how my payments are handled.
