I made a hotel reservation through Agoda (Booking ID: 1555128604), clearly agreeing to a specific amount, yet my credit card was charged more than what was stated during the booking. This unexpected extra charge is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, Agoda’s customer support is impossible to reach—I’ve tried repeatedly, but no one responds or helps me resolve this issue.
Agoda, you have no right to take more money than I authorized! Immediately refund the excess amount of ₺ you charged my card without permission. Stop avoiding responsibility and respond urgently. If Agoda doesn't correct this situation promptly, I’ll have no option but to escalate the issue legally. Fix this now!
