Agoda Charged Me Twice for the Same Booking

I recently made a hotel reservation through Agoda.com, but I was charged twice for the same booking. My reservation numbers are 1560890392 and 1560888300, both for the same hotel and same dates. I need one of these reservations canceled and a full refund issued immediately.

I have tried contacting Agoda multiple times, but I am unable to reach customer support. The Gran Via Hotel refuses to resolve the issue and is instead redirecting me to Agoda, leaving me completely stranded without a solution.

I demand a prompt resolution to this billing error. My money must be refunded without delay. Agoda should not be charging customers twice for the same service and then ignoring complaints.
