Agoda arranged for me to stay at Unitas Residence in Prague for check-in on September 18 and check-out on September 19. My card charged the reservation with ₺2896.90. When I got to the hotel, though, they told me they would not be able to check me in and that they do not deal with Agoda. The hotel personnel informed me they would certify I never slept there if contacted and that I should ask Agoda for a refund straight-forwardly. The problem currently is that I am trapped without a solution since I cannot reach Agoda via any of its customer support outlets. This complaint should enable me to have my refund handled.
