Agoda Charged Me for Unitas Residence in Prague but the Hotel Doesn’t Work with Them
Agoda arranged for me to stay at Unitas Residence in Prague for check-in on September 18 and check-out on September 19. My card charged the reservation with ₺2896.90. When I got to the hotel, though, they told me they would not be able to check me in and that they do not deal with Agoda. The hotel personnel informed me they would certify I never slept there if contacted and that I should ask Agoda for a refund straight-forwardly. The problem currently is that I am trapped without a solution since I cannot reach Agoda via any of its customer support outlets. This complaint should enable me to have my refund handled. The ID on my reservation is 1372227104.
I sent them an email requesting a refund for the payment I made. As of this time, I have still not received either a refund or a response. It cannot make up for the embarrassment they caused me with my family yesterday, but it would be enough if they at least refunded my payment.
