Agoda Charged Me $1,225 for a Hotel That Doesn't Work With Them

I made a single-room reservation under the name Ahmet D**** through Agoda for a stay at Diamond of Bodrum Hotel from August 17–21, and a total of $1,225 was charged to my credit card. Although my reservation (#1762484350) appeared confirmed in the Agoda system, when I arrived to check in, the front desk turned me away, stating they do not work with Agoda and that the hotel was completely full.

Following this ordeal, when I contacted Agoda for a refund, they passed the buck to the hotel, claiming the responsibility lay with them. The hotel reiterated that they do not work with Agoda and refused to assist in any way. Both parties kept pointing fingers at each other without providing a concrete solution.

I demand an immediate full refund of the $1,225 charged to my card for this booking (#1762484350) for which I received absolutely no service.
