I completed the payment on August 11, 2025, and the booking was confirmed. However, today, the hotel informed me that they cannot honor my reservation because Agoda has terminated its contract with them and has not made the payment. With only 3 days left until check-in, this situation has left me in a difficult position. I expect an immediate resolution from Agoda: Guarantee My Reservation: Ensure that my booking remains valid under the same conditions, or Provide an Alternative: Arrange a comparable or better hotel at no additional cost, or Process a Full Refund: If neither option is possible, I demand an immediate refund of my payment.
