Agoda Booking Fiasco - Canceled Reservation & Lost Deposit!
I made a hotel reservation in Vienna through Agoda (Reservation # 1193450908). The hotel charged a 100 Euro deposit to my card and then emailed me saying they couldn't collect the remaining balance for the reservation. I increased my credit card limit and emailed them back. However, I suddenly received an email from Agoda stating that the reservation had been canceled. The Agoda website also says "Canceled by You." I never requested a cancellation and am now facing a big problem.
I am left without a hotel and they still have my 100 Euro deposit. Please help me resolve this issue!
