I recently had an Agoda credit refunded to my account after a canceled booking, but now, it has suddenly disappeared without any explanation. I was about to use it when I noticed that the balance was gone. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable!

I have faced multiple issues with Agoda before, but this is the last straw. I need a clear explanation of what happened to my balance and a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will stop using Agoda altogether.

I demand an urgent resolution—where did my money go, and why was it taken without notice? Please fix this issue now.
