Aeroflot Ticket Payment Taken but Refund Still Not Received

I made a payment of 341.81 GBP on 25.05.2026 using my card ending with 0182 for an Aeroflot ticket on the Bishkek–Delhi route. Although the amount was debited from my account, I did not receive any ticket or confirmed booking. Later, I received a message stating that the refund process and provision cancellation had been initiated, and that no payment had been received from my card during that step. In that message, it was written that my bank would finalize the provision of 341.81 GBP within one working day and that I could track the transaction using the following details: transaction number fb879d27ce5637ef12d5c1ca189de4b36efc, amount 341.81 GBP, date 25.05.2026, and case type “Provision Cancellation”. Despite this, the amount is still debited from my account and I have not received my refund. This amount is very important for me, and I kindly request that my refund of 341.81 GBP be processed and released as quickly as possible. I ask you to urgently investigate this transaction, coordinate with the bank if necessary, and ensure that the amount is credited back to my account without further delay. I would also appreciate written confirmation of the refund status.
