On March 9, 2024, during my Athens-Istanbul flight, my large suitcase was delivered damaged. Celebi Ground Handling, responsible for Aegean Airlines' handling, only provided me with a report and asked me to resolve the issue on my own.
I can't reach Aegean Airlines as their number is international, and I'm forced to hang up after waiting due to high costs. I've sent a message but received no response. I can't get through to the Celebi office, and my email remains unanswered. The current price for a similar suitcase starts at ₺6400 on the official website. I'm filing a complaint against both organizations.
