Aegean Airlines Broke My Luggage Handle and Refused Repair Compensation

During my flight from Athens to Istanbul with Aegean Airlines, the handle of my suitcase was broken. Upon arrival at Ist...anbul Airport, I was told that Çelebi handles ground services for Aegean. I went there to report the issue, but no one assisted me in person. Instead, I was told to send an email.
