Boarding Denial and Refund Request Issues at Aegean Airlines

I purchased a flight ticket from the Greek airline Aegean Airlines for my trip to another country. Despite having previously applied for a residence permit and possessing a green passport, I was denied boarding on January 12, 2023, at 16:50 for the flight from Istanbul Airport to Warsaw Airport (WAW). I encountered issues specifically due to the lack of knowledge from the security officer named Öner and his colleagues. Simultaneously, I was insulted by another member of your security staff. Due to these incidents, I am requesting a refund of the seat price or a monetary reimbursement.
