Retail Price Distinction at Adidas Osmaniye Store

I went to purchase a pair of shoes that were marked at one price, but the manager refused to honor the shelf price and told me that this wasn't how his business operated. After sending an email complaint to Adidas Turkey, I was met with complete silence—not even a courtesy apology. Having been an avid Adidas fan for years, recommending their products to others, I'm now seriously reconsidering my loyalty after this incident. The lack of response from Adidas and the unwillingness of the store manager to honor the marked price has left me feeling frustrated and let down. Needless to say, it's unacceptable customer service and a huge indication that Adidas doesn't respect its customers.
