My Adidas T-Shirts Pilled Quickly—Only One Was Accepted and No Refund Was Offered
I purchased two Adidas t-shirts, and both began to pill and wear out far too quickly—something I didn’t expect from a global sportswear brand. I returned both shirts to the store for inspection. They accepted only one for return and claimed the other had "user-related damage."
The strange part? Both shirts were the exact same model, just in different colors. The only reason the dark-colored one was accepted is because the pilling was more visible. That doesn’t make sense—if one was defective, then the other should be too.
To make things worse, when I asked for a refund for the shirt they did take back, I was told Adidas only issues store credit, not actual money back. But I don’t want to buy more products if this is the quality I can expect. Why would I risk repeating the same issue?
