The Adidas Turkey mobile app completely disappointed me. It took a full 10 days to ship a product after I purchased it. Unfortunately, I was abroad on the day it arrived at my address and the following days and was unable to receive the package. When I returned after 5 days, I discovered that Adidas had returned the order. I immediately called Adidas Turkey, only to be told that my order had been canceled and that they couldn't resend it. Surprisingly, 5 days after that conversation, neither a refund nor the product was reshipped. The process of reshipping a returned item should not be this difficult. Other similar businesses handle customs-inclusive deliveries from abroad in as little as three days. Nonetheless, my order, which was dispatched after 10 days, was met with an uncompromising stance that refused both reshipment and refund. Adidas has truly taken my breath away.
