Adidas Samba Shoe Deformation

I purchased a pair of Adidas Samba shoes on 27.06.2026 from the Adidas store in Optimum AVM, İzmir. After using the shoes for approximately 20 days under normal conditions and only for their intended purpose, noticeable deformation occurred on the front of the shoe and red discoloration appeared on the inside. The shoes have not been subjected to any washing, dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or similar treatment. Despite this, when I reported the issue to the store, the product was sent for inspection and my return/exchange request was rejected on the grounds that the deformation was due to improper care of the product and that the discoloration might be related to sweating. I do not find this explanation satisfactory or convincing, as I have not applied any washing or special treatment to the shoes, and such a level of deformation and discoloration after around 20 days of normal use does not seem acceptable for a product in this price and brand segment. I believe that the problem is related to the quality and durability of the shoes and that the product may be defective. Despite contacting the store again, no solution has been offered. I request that the condition of my shoes be re‑evaluated, that the defect be recognized as a product-related issue, and that a refund or a free exchange with a new, faultless pair be provided so that my grievance can be resolved.
