Adidas Running Shoes Has Strong Odor - Defect Ignored

After purchasing Adidas running shoes (model: 128242), I encountered a strong odor problem from the very first time I wore them. I bought the shoes from the Boyner store and this issue has persisted continuously during daily use for about a week. I have not performed any cleaning or maintenance on the shoes. I reported the problem to both the Boyner store and Adidas customer service, but my request was rejected. However, the product has a one-year warranty, and I still have the receipt. I believe this odor issue is a manufacturing defect and request a full refund.

On October 5, 2025, I purchased Adidas brand sneakers from the Konya Kulesite Boyner store. Even though I only used the product indoors, there was a strong odor from the very first time I wore the shoes. I reported this issue to the store and requested an exchange or a refund, but my request was denied. I have the receipt for the product and my customer number is 1.
It is unacceptable for the shoes to develop an odor in such a short time and with so little use. I request that my product be exchanged or a refund be issued.
