Adidas Left Me Unassisted with Defective Terrex Tracerocker Shoes

I bought a pair of Adidas Terrex Tracerocker shoes from Boyner four months ago in 2024, and since then, they’ve shown immediate tearing and wear despite careful use. I’ve never even put them in the washing machine. When I reported this, I was told to visit Boyner, but the nearest store is in Ankara, and as I work, traveling there is not feasible. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of support from Boyner, as I feel this reflects poorly on the Adidas brand. I hope you can assist me with this matter, as I intend to resolve it amicably.
