Minichat Account Banned Due to “Numerous Complaints” Without Clear Explanation

I have been using the Minichat app and a few days ago my account was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, I see a “You’re banned” message on the screen with my ID 397209 *** and the explanation “numerous complaints from other users”. I was not given any concrete information about which rule I allegedly broke, which content or behavior caused these complaints, or any chance to defend myself. I believe this ban is unfair and may be the result of mistaken or malicious reports from other users, because I did not intentionally violate the community rules. I request that my Minichat account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed clearly and specifically about the reason for the ban, and that my account be unbanned if there is no solid evidence of a serious violation. I also ask to be given the opportunity to respond if there are any specific accusations against my account.
