Ome TV Access Blocked After Accidentally Selecting the Wrong Age on Redmi A3x

I am using OmeTV on my Redmi A3x phone and my access has been blocked after I accidentally selected the wrong age. Since about three days ago, every time I delete and reinstall the app and try to use it again, I am still locked out and cannot access the service. I did not receive a clear explanation about the reason or duration of this lock, and I have not been able to solve the issue on my own. I have also not yet contacted your support, so I am writing this complaint to request help. I kindly ask you to review my situation and unlock my OmeTV access, as the wrong age was selected by mistake. I would like my account and access to be reactivated so that I can use the application again.
