Adanola's Strict 30-Day Return Policy Pushed Me Away
I know policies help run things smoothly, but sometimes there should be wiggle room, it’s Adanola's return policy, especially the strict 30-day window, bought something from them that I needed to return, but missed the deadline by a bit. got denied a refund or exchange just because of the policy, so unfair not to consider other things, like why I'm returning it or if the item is still new. in my case, it wasn't even used and was in the original box, so they could easily sell it again, happy customers are important, and that means being flexible with returns. Sticking to a strict rule just beacuse I was only late a day pushed me away, isn’t it so weird that some people need extra time. Just consider having a more flexible return process so your shopping gets better.
