OOFOS Penalized Me For Trying On Clothing Once, Won't Let Me Return
Hi OOFOS, thought I'd score a major wardrobe win when I bought a new item of clothing from your store not long ago. gave the item a try on to check its fit, it was still in pristine condition. Now sayin I went against the return policy, they won’t allow me to return or excahnge it…they say it’s been used. One time try counts as being used? Being forced to wear an ill-fitting item is a little unfair, I get that you want to keep things clean, but your return policy could use some wiggle room. That is, essentially, the point of offering returns? Before you make a decision, you must try them on! It seems a little hypocritical to punish someone for following instructions to the letter.
