Still No Warranty Repair for the Acer Aspire 715-75G
My Acer Aspire 715-75G device was sent in for warranty repair on August 31, 2023, in order to address the keyboard issue that I was experiencing. I am still waiting for the replacement part to be sourced from overseas, which has been going on since September 6, 2023 (today is October 10, 2023).
On October 5, 2023, I contacted customer service to inquire about the current status of the replacement part; however, I have not received a response to this matter as of yet. My request is that this matter be resolved as quickly as possible.
I am going through a significant amount of inconvenience as a result of my current academic situation.
