Customer Support Problems with the Acer Nitro 5 Graphics Card
I bought the Acer Nitro 5 four months ago, and it's been having problems with the graphics card from the beginning. I've already sent it to the authorized service two times, but they said there aren't any hardware issues and gave it back to me. I talked to Amazon, the seller, about returning or exchanging an item. They told me to contact the authorized service to report that the item was dead on arrival.
The authorized service told me to contact the distributor. When I give them a call, they tell me to send it over so they can take a look at it. But this device has already been sent to the authorized service two times, and they couldn't fix the problem. I've been taking videos and photos of my problems since day one.
I really don't want to send it back for servicing again. Can't we get this report any faster? Why is it so hard? The product is broken. I wish I never bought it. I haven't been able to use my computer for almost 4 months.
