4rabetsite Ignored My IMPS Withdrawal Request, Gave Only Bot Responses

To be honest, dealing with 4rabetsite has been quite unpleasant. I regret it now, even though I registered solely because a friend suggested it. I asked for an IMPS withdrawal of ₹4230, and it has simply been frozen—no one is handling it. It's annoying and it feels as like they are really attempting to pocket money. I have tried several times to access their customer service, but all I get are automated bot responses that hardly assist at all. Nobody seems to be really listening, and there is no one to chat to. Right now, I don know who to get in touch with. Should this not be resolved quickly, I will most likely post my experience on LinkedIn so that other working professionals may be aware of what they are entering into. Just not good here.
