4Rabet ₹10,000 PhonePe Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my 4Rabet account via PhonePe on 24 October 2026. The transaction was completed successfully, but the amount has still not been credited to my 4Rabet balance. The details I have are UUID 26ca4d2d-a090-48f4-b61c-2339cd7001e0, UTR 273017559039 and Complaint No. SUP-2080351. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with deposits on your platform, and these repeated problems are seriously damaging my trust in your service. Because of this, I am very hesitant to deposit larger amounts and I am considering stopping the use of this app altogether if the matter is not resolved quickly. I request that you urgently investigate this failed credit and either immediately credit the ₹10,000 to my 4Rabet account or refund the full amount back to my PhonePe account, and inform me clearly once the action has been taken.
