I made two separate deposits into my 1xBet account, but neither of them was credited to my balance.

On September 18, 2025, at 21:35:23, I deposited ₺2,000 through the Ziraat Bank Sındırgı/ Balıkesir branch.

On September 26, 2025, I made another deposit of ₺1,500 from the same branch.

In both cases, the money was deducted from my bank account, yet it never appeared in my 1xBet account.

To resolve the issue, I used all available support channels — live chat, email, and phone — and even submitted my official bank receipts. Despite this, no solution has been offered, and my deposits remain missing.
