I am writing regarding a problem with a missing deposit to my 1xBet account, even though the money was successfully debited from my e‑wallet/bank card. Until this incident, I had made many deposits to 1xBet without any issues, so this situation is very disappointing. On 24.12.2025, I sent €200 to my 1xBet gaming account ID 1901394654 using my bank card connected to my e‑wallet. The amount was debited from my side and appears as a completed transaction with transaction ID 494305-3984 dated 24.12.2025. However, the €200 has still not been credited to my 1xBet balance and seems to be stuck somewhere. I contacted 1xBet customer support, provided them with all the necessary screenshots of the transaction, and followed their advice to wait 24 hours. Despite this, the situation has not been resolved, and I have not received any clear explanation other than being told to wait. I kindly request that this payment be urgently located and either credited to my 1xBet account ID 1901394654 or refunded back to my original payment method. I also ask for a written clarification of what went wrong with this transaction so that this does not happen again in the future.
