Garena Support Silent After Permanent Free Fire Account Ban

I am a Free Fire player, and my account with UID 1603242435 has been permanently banned. The ban notice states that my account was blocked due to the use of a third-party application. I admit that I downloaded a third-party app, but I now fully understand that this is against the game’s rules, and I sincerely regret making this mistake.

I have already requested assistance through Garena’s official support link, but so far I have not received any response. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into this account, and I do not want to lose it permanently because of a single mistake.

I respectfully request that the ban on my Free Fire account (UID 1603242435) be reviewed and that I be given one last chance. I am fully prepared to strictly follow all rules going forward and will never use any third-party applications again. I kindly ask you to reconsider the permanent ban and restore access to my account.
