1xBet Bank Transfer Deposit Not Credited For 40 Days

I am filing a complaint against 1xBet regarding a deposit that has not been reflected in my account for a long time. On 23.11.2025, I made a bank transfer of ₺3,400 to my 1xBet account. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account and there is no issue on the bank’s side, the balance has still not been credited to my 1xBet account, and approximately 40 days have passed. My 1xBet user ID is 695455***. During this period, I have repeatedly contacted 1xBet customer support. However, each time I receive the same response that the transaction is “still being processed,” without any concrete solution, explanation, or clear timeframe. This situation is causing serious mistrust and inconvenience, as a completed payment is neither visible in my account nor refunded. I request that 1xBet either immediately credits the ₺3,400 to my 1xBet account or refunds the full amount to my bank account without any further delay, and provides a clear explanation for why this problem has occurred and taken so long to resolve.
