Withdrawl Pending After 36 Hours

I made a withdrawal request of ₹7,300 from my 1win account to my Punjab National Bank account via bank transfer on 28 May. The status of this withdrawal has been showing as “pending” for more than 24 hours and the money has still not been credited to my bank account. My account ID is 359979***. When I contacted 1win support, I received a generic response stating that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours and that the maximum delay from the payment system can be up to 48 hours, and that if the deadline is exceeded I should contact technical support chat. However, when I try to open the in-app chat support, it either keeps loading indefinitely or just goes back, so I am not able to reach support properly. In the withdrawal section I can only see the withdrawal request as pending and there is no transaction ID visible. I am very worried about this ₹7,300 and I request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and the money be credited to my Punjab National Bank account as soon as possible, or that a clear and prompt explanation be given about the status and exact resolution time.
