Zara Fast Delivery Failed After Courier Claimed I Was Unavailable All Day
I purchased a bag from Zara and specifically selected the expedited shipping option, paying an additional fee to receive my order faster. I was informed that my package would be delivered on June 4, 2036. Today, I received a notification stating that my shipment was out for delivery. However, despite being at home throughout the entire day, I later received another message claiming that the delivery could not be completed because the recipient could not be reached.
The shipment is being handled by Cargox, but I have been unable to reach either Zara customer service or the WhatsApp support channel. As a result, I have no way of obtaining clear information about the status of my package or understanding why the delivery attempt was marked as unsuccessful.
I am extremely dissatisfied because I paid an additional fee specifically for expedited delivery and have not received the service that was promised. The claim that I could not be reached is particularly frustrating given that I was available at the delivery address all day.
I request that my package be placed back into delivery immediately and delivered to my address as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the failed delivery status and why the shipment was not successfully completed despite my availability.
